Consolidated Zoning Board
Purpose
Serving in an advisory capacity providing recommendations to the Board regarding the approval or disapproval of subdivision plats, development plans, rezoning requests, conditional use permits, special permits, and accessory dwelling unit permit applications concerning any tract of land located in the unincorporated and non-city regulated areas of Johnson County within the townships of Lexington and that part of Olathe Township lying north of 143rd Street.
