Promote fair treatment and full participation of all people, including those who have historically been underrepresented or subject to discrimination because of their background, identity, or disability. And established to foster an inclusive community where all people are connected, safe, and have a sense of belonging, and to cultivate a welcoming, diverse community where all people are valued.
