Board of Zoning Appeals

Purpose

The purpose of the BZA shall be to (a) hear and decide appeals where it is alleged there is an error in any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by an administrative official in the enforcement of any regulations adopted pursuant to the zoning authority of the County.
